If you wish to return your product you will have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. 

Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. 

Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; VENERATE V3N reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

In case you have received a faulty item from our end, please reach out to our support team at +91 9922508649 via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 24 hours.

In case of any damage caused during standard wash and care, despite following care instructions as per the website, within the first 15 days of receiving the order, please reach out to our support team at +91 9922508649 via WhatsApp.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

[RIGHT TO CANCEL]

VENERATE V3N reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including:

- Out-of-stock items

- Incorrect or unverifiable billing information

- Suspicious activity

- Delivery address issues

- Errors in product information or pricing

In such cases, we will offer alternative products, store credit, or a refund.


[EXCHANGE  POLICY]

- Exchange Window: 7 days post-delivery

Conditions:

- Items must be in original condition with tags intact.

- Only one exchange per order is allowed.

- Exchange coupons can be used once.

- Items purchased at original price cannot be exchanged for discounted items.

- Exchange availability is subject to stock.

Customer Responsibility:

- Self-serve returns.

- Customer bears shipping costs.

- Exchange requests must be raised prior to returning the item.
