Order Processing & Dispatch

- Once your order is accepted, processing begins, typically within 24 hours, pending product availability and payment verification.

- Please allow up to 2 business days for our warehouse to process and dispatch your order, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed the next business day.

- During periods of restocking, processing may take longer. If this is the case, you’ll be notified by email.

- If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, processing may take 1–2 weeks. For orders with multiple items, shipments may be sent separately, and you’ll receive tracking information for each.

Domestic Shipping

- Delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days.

- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

- Venerate offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are not guaranteed, as they do not account for the 24-hour processing window.

- International orders above $361 (approx. ₹29,999) qualify for free shipping. However, VAT, customs, and import duties are not included in our pricing and may apply based on your country’s regulations.

- Additional duties, customs fees, and taxes for orders outside India are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse to pay these charges, the order will be returned to Venerate, and shipping & handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

- Orders are shipped via reliable partners such as DHL Express or UPS.

Customs & Duties

- For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes are not included in the order total and may be charged upon arrival in your country.

- The carrier will inform you of any additional charges before delivery. If you decline to pay, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued minus any shipping and handling fees.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

- Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder.

- After your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Refunds & Cancellations

- Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable even after you’ve placed your order. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method, or by check if specified. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, so please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

- All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be canceled at Venerate's discretion.

Shipping Delays

- Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to special releases, holidays, markdown periods, or external factors outside our control. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee arrival dates in these situations.
